How to Use
How to make spiced turmeric milk
For one person, take around 200 ml of milk and boil it.
Once the milk starts boiling add 2 teaspoons of spiced turmeric powder in
the milk and simmer it for 3-4 minutes.
Add the required amount of misri or natural sugar to the milk while it is boiling.
After 3-4 minutes of boiling, remove the turmeric milk from the stove and have it
hot.
When and how to drink
Spiced turmeric milk has to be consumed once a day.
This milk has to be taken ideally on empty stomach first thing in the morning.
Milk has to be hot while drinking.
People with acidity or stomach burning problems can have milk hot after
eating breakfast. Or have the milk with some biscuits.
Important to have milk with misri or natural or raw sugar. This sugar
helps in preventing any kind of acidity or burning sensation.
People with diabetes can have milk without any misri. And if they have
acidity related issues, then milk has to be taken along with breakfast.
Do not add honey or jaggery in place of sugar as both may cause acidity
problems.
Store in a glass bottle or airtight container.
Keep it in a dry place at room temperature, away from sunlight.
Do not refrigerate.
