How to consume Spiced Turmeric Blend?

Take around 150-200 ml of milk and boil it. Once the milk starts boiling, add half a teaspoon of spiced turmeric powder in the milk and simmer it for 3-4 minutes. Add the required amount of misri or natural sugar to the milk while it is boiling. After 3-4 minutes, remove the turmeric milk from the stove and have it hot.

How to consume Tulsi Turmeric Blend?

Take one teaspoon or 5 grams of turmeric Tulasi water purifier supplement and add in 4-5 litres of drinking water. Divide that into four equal portions and each member has to have one portion of turmeric Tulsi water any time before lunch. Do not use plastic bottles or plastic jugs or plastic tumblers to store or drink this water.
